Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier.
1. Just browse our site and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
2. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order"
3. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Having registered you will be able to return to any pending orders to complete payment or see your history of previous orders.
STOCK LEVELS ARE INDICATED ON EACH PRODUCT. IF ORDERING OUT OF STOCK ITEMS OR STOCK LEVELS ARE BELOW 20 PLEASE CALL 0845 688 8381 RE DELIVERY TIMES.
Payment Terms
We accept credit and debit card payment, Visa and Mastercard. We will also accept a cheque but will need to wait for clearance before dispatching the goods.
Credit Card Security
The web site uses SSL encryption to protect your information. You can confirm this when you are on a payment page by clicking on the padlock symbol at the bottom of your Internet Explorer window. We do not hold your credit card information on file, but pass if (via a secure link) to our payment processor Servebase. Servebase are a specialist ISO9000 accredited payment processing firm. They are also accredited with ANSI-RAB (American National Standards Institute, Registered Accreditation Board.) Delivery Shipping and handling
Items ordered by 2pm will be despatched within 48 hours using a next day overnight delivery service (unless otherwise stated throughout the website). We deliver using the APC Network who will require a signature to leave the goods. In the ordering process you will get the option to put in an alternative delivery address other than the address associated with your credit card. If we don't have the item in stock, we will contact you to discuss delivery timescales. If you order a product that is out of stock you will receive a warning message in red. If this happens you can call us to discuss the leadtime on the out of stock item or if there are alternative products to suit. Outside the UK, charges will be made for shipping and these will vary depending upon size of order and destination. Please contact us to discuss shipping charges overseas. International orders will take longer depending upon location and weight of order.
