What are your Delivery Shipping and Handling arrangements
Items ordered by 2pm will be shipped the within 2 working days unless (otherwise stated) using an overnight delivery service. We deliver using a next day courier service who will require a signature to leave the goods.
In the ordering process you will get the option to put in an alternative delivery address other than the address associated with your credit card. If we don't have the item in stock, we will contact you to discuss delivery timescales. If you order a product that is out of stock you will receive a warning message in red. If this happens you can call us to discuss the leadtime on the out of stock item or if there are alternative products to suit. Outside the UK, charges will be made for shipping and these will vary depending upon size, weight and destination.
