How does the site work?

Making a purchase could not be easier.

1. Just browse our site and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.

2. You will be asked to give us an email address and a password. This will save any shopping basket you start so you will not lose anything if you break your session, enabling you to come back at a later date to complete or review your order.

3. Once you have completed your shopping basket you can check out. You pay with a credit card on our secure server. If you prefer a sales assistant can help you with this on the phone.

4. You will receive an immediate email confirming your purchase. And you will be sent an email when the goods are going to be dispatched by our couriers. This will give you a consignment No enabling you to track your goods if required. The goods are normally dispatched within 24 - 36 hours on a next day signed courier service. There are no deliveries over the weekend unless you make special arrangements
