Are there different finishes and types of stainless steel furniture?

Satin Stainless Steel (SSS) - this is a matt brushed effect finish

Polished Stainless Steel (PSS) - this is a shiny polished finish.

Our stainless steel handles are made from grade 316 Stainless Steel which is less corrosive than lower grades of steel.

Both polished and satin Stainless Steel should be cleaned regularly using a mild non-acid soap and hot water. A soft dusting cloth can then be used to enhance the surface. Occasionally you will need to polish your door furniture with a non-acid good quality wax polish.

Stainless steel furniture is aminly used in commercial projects because of its robust nature. It is becoming more popular in residential buildings as the home owner is looking for a cleaner look to the doors and door furniture generally.
