IRONMONGERY/ELECTRICAL RETURNS POLICY

Please note our Return Policy as follows:- 14 days to return any item/s in their original unopened package from the date of delivery. They must be in the condition they arrived with you, repacked into the box/packaging they arrived in. A restocking fee will be charged of 20% on all goods that have been ordered in error, unsuitable or surplus to requirements. After examination of returned goods refunds will be credited within 30 days. Cost for return to us will be paid for by the customer and cannot be reimbursed. Any special orders may not be returned for any reason. TO ENSURE SAFE ARRIVAL OF GOODS PLEASE RETURN VIA ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY. The invoice or delivery note number and date must be quoted when returning goods for credit or under complaint.
Please include our standard returns form.
Goods returned under complaint may have to be returned to the Manufacturer for inspection and report. Our transport department are not able to accept any returns.
The returns note must not be altered in any way by the Buyer. HANDLEANYTHING reserves the right to return unauthorised goods to the Buyer.
HANDLEANYTHING reserves the right to make a handling charge on all goods returned for credit depending upon relative circumstances.
Goods returned direct to HANDLEANYTHING should be accompanied by an official returns note issued by HANDLEANYTHING.
HANDLEANYTHING will not be liable for goods returned by any other means unless receipt, acknowledgement or credit note has been issued within four weeks from date of return.
PLEASE NOTE

The policy of our company is to refund the cost including VAT of any goods less a 20% re-stocking charge. We do not refund the courier delivery charge.The cost of returning the goods is also to be incurred by the customer.

No fault policy- If however the returning of the goods is due to a fault at our end, i.e. they are incorrect or damaged, the goods will be refunded in full without the deduction of a 20% re-stock charge. If the entire order is not returned, but the item(s) that have been returned need to be replaced, not refunded, you will not incure a second delivery charge, we will have the products redelivered to you at our expense. This goes for any and all items that need to be replaced due to a fault at our end. Further, the cost of postage to return any damaged or incorrect items to us will also be refunded to the customer upon receiving a receipt. If the goods are too heavy to be posted by the customer we will send a courier out to collect them at our expense.



RADIATOR RETURNS POLICY

No order shall be cancelled without the written agreement of the Company. Likewise, no goods supplied may be returned without prior written consent and only on terms to be agreed with the Company.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged, you must notify HANDLEANYTHING within 7 days of delivery.
LIGHTING RETURNS POLICY

All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify HANDLEANYTHING within 7 days. Initially you will be responsible for returning the goods to HANDLEANYTHING at your own cost, your return will be inspected upon delivery to the supplier and providing the goods have been returned as required you may be issued with a refund for the carriage costs incurred. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged further in the meantime or in transit.

FURNITURE RETURNS POLICY

If goods are to be returned due to an ordering error or surplus to requirements then the customer must pay for the goods to be returned and will also incur a 25% restocking fee.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged, you must notify HANDLEANYTHING within 24 hours of delivery.
DOORS RETURNS POLICY

Timber is a natural material, which is subject to changes in temperature and humidity. We cannot accept liability for natural movement or distortion, warping, swelling or splitting which is caused by the door being exposed to extremes of temperature or humidity, or if the door is not correctly stored, treated or hung. A bow of 4mm along the length of the door shall be deemed to be within the manufactured tolerances.
Any claims for damaged goods or where goods supplied do not match those ordered, must be reported within 3 working days of receipt. No claim will be considered after this date. The company accepts no liability if costs are incurred by booking a carpenter before having received and checked all goods.
We shall not be held responsible for any incidental work or expenses arising out of or because of any defect in our product or failure to deliver within the specified timeframe. In the event of goods proving to be defective (manufacturers defect only) which need replacement, our liability shall not exceed the replacement of the faulty goods.
We endeavour to supply a quality product as efficiently as possible. Occasionally mistakes are made through human error and we are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause; however, we reserve the right to rectify any problems that arise as quickly as possible but we do not subscribe to the compensation culture.
All of the doors pictured within our online catalogue are not an exact representation of the door you may choose. Please also bear in mind that due to the vagaries of the printing process colour depicted may vary slightly from the final product. All details in this online catalogue are correct at time of publication. Please note that prices and range may be subject to change without prior notice.
Refunds are made entirely at the discretion of the Director.
HANDLEANYTHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1) These conditions apply to all contracts for the Sale of Goods entered into by HANDLEANYTHING.
2) Carriage Paid terms. Orders sent to addresses within the normal delivery area (Mainland UK) will be dispatched “ carriage paid" by our own transport or designated carrier, subject to the minimum order value. Consignments dispatched by any other means will be subject to carriage/post and packing charges, and no liability will be accepted by HANDLEANYTHING in cases of non-delivery, loss or damage in transit. HANDLEANYTHING does not provide, nor offer to provide, loss in transit insurance cover.
3) Handling charge. HANDLEANYTHING reserves the right to make an additional charge when processing/delivering orders of nominal value.
4) Goods are supplied on the condition that where applicable Manufactures or Agents Conditions of Sale shall be observed.
5) Prices are those ruling at date of dispatch. Prices are for guidance purposes only. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our marketplace may be mis-priced. 6) HANDLEANYTHING reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.
